For this traditional Tudor home, the goal was to celebrate and enhance its character while dramatically expanding its livable space. A full gut renovation and second‑story addition transformed the house from a single story into a taller, more gracious two‑story residence. The new design features a higher front gable and a distinctive swooped roof over the entry, amplifying its storybook charm. Construction is anticipated to be complete by the end of 2026.
