Summerville, SC
We led the pre‑development, underwriting, rezoning, entitlements, and development; oversaw construction and bank draws; value‑engineered and redrew all floor plans for maximum efficiency, resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars saved in material costs; coordinated renderings and exterior material and color selection; and designed the pool house, amenity spaces, and poolside cabanas.

The Lively at Drayton Mills

Spartanburg, SC
We assisted with development and construction, bank draws, renderings, equity financing, quarterly investor reports, and exterior material selection. We also hand-drew the arched windows in the amenity spaces.
