We led the pre‑development, underwriting, rezoning, entitlements, and development; oversaw construction and bank draws; value‑engineered and redrew all floor plans for maximum efficiency, resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars saved in material costs; coordinated renderings and exterior material and color selection; and designed the pool house, amenity spaces, and poolside cabanas.
